Our preventative maintenance agreement has many benefits, including prolonged equipment life, fewer repair expenses, and the prevention of breakdowns that can interrupt business and be a major inconvenience to you. Regular maintenance can even reduce energy bills by increasing system efficiency!
The PDQ Comfort Program includes:
- A “20-point” check-up in the Spring and Fall for your air conditioning and heating system is included within the Comfort Program.
- 20% Discount on all repairs to your system (repairs to your system can sometimes be very costly, and this discount could save you money)
- 10% Discount on new system replacement*. This cannot be combined with any other offer.
THE PDQ PROMISE! If we make a repair on your system and the same part fails again within 1 year of that repair. WE WILL FIX IT FOR FREE!**
- Spring Checkup
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check thermostat operation
- Check or replace filter as needed (customer supplied)
- Check the indoor blower and motor
- Check and inspect the outdoor coil
- Check and inspect the condensate drain for current proper operation (due to foreign debris constantly present in any system, this service provides no guarantee of future drain line issues)
- Check all ductwork at its origination point for proper seals (where accessible)
- Check electrical disconnect
- Check wiring and fuses
- Check contactor and relays
- Check the amperage draw from the compressor
- Check capacitors
- Check motors for lubrication (where applicable)
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Check airflow
- Check amperage and voltage from motors
- Check the electrical safety circuit
- Check temperature split
- Check the unit for air loss
- Run and test the system
- Fall Checkup
- Check refrigerant levels (heat pump systems only)
- Check thermostat operation
- Check or replace filter as needed (customer supplied)
- Check the indoor blower and motor
- Check combustion air vents (where applicable)
- Check burners for proper operation (gas system)
- Check and inspect the heat exchanger (gas system)
- Check the amperage draw from the compressor (heat pump systems)
- Check the defrost control (heat pump system)
- Check and inspect the flue (gas system)
- Check airflow
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Check wiring and fuses
- Check all ductwork at origination for proper seals (where accessible)
- Check the gas connection at the unit (gas system)
- Check the gas valve at the unit (gas systems)
- Check motors for lubrication (where applicable)
- Check electrical disconnect
- Check contactor and relays (heat pump systems)
- Run and test the system
